Travelers in central Kentucky will soon have a new weekend travel option as seasonal nonstop flights between Blue Grass Airport and Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport are returning for the summer travel season.
Starting May 9 and running through August 8, 2026, Delta Air Lines will offer Saturday nonstop service between Lexington and Minneapolis‑Saint Paul (MSP), giving both leisure and business passengers a convenient gateway to the Midwest.
Airport officials say the seasonal route provides added flexibility for weekend getaways, connecting travelers in Kentucky with the Twin Cities and beyond. The service marks the reinstatement of a popular summer flight that has been part of the airport’s schedule in past seasons.
The Minneapolis‑Saint Paul flight joins other recent service expansions at Blue Grass Airport, including additional flights to New York’s LaGuardia and continued growth with United Airlines, as the airport continues to enhance travel options for the region.
Passengers interested in booking can check flight schedules and fares directly through Delta or on the airport’s website.
