University of Kentucky Athletics is giving Big Blue Nation fans a new way to celebrate their special day with its “Celebrate Your Birthday with the Cats” initiative, offering birthday party experiences across several Wildcats sports throughout the year.

The program allows families to host birthday celebrations in conjunction with select home events for soccer, volleyball, women’s basketball, gymnastics, baseball and softball, turning game day into a memorable birthday experience for young fans.

Birthday party opportunities are available at some of UK Athletics’ most recognizable venues, including The Bell, Historic Memorial Coliseum, Kentucky Proud Park, and John Cropp Stadium. Each sport offers a tailored package that combines game tickets with party amenities and in-game recognition.

Participating sports include:

• Soccer
• Volleyball
• Women’s Basketball
• Gymnastics
• Baseball
• Softball

What the Birthday Packages Include

While offerings vary slightly by sport, most birthday party packages include:

• Admission for 20 guests, with options to add additional tickets
• A half-sheet birthday cake (chocolate or vanilla)
• A birthday card or commemorative item, some signed by head coaches
• Tables, chairs and tent setup when applicable
• Videoboard recognition during the game or meet
• Optional food vouchers for guests

Pricing generally starts at $300 for soccer and $500 for other sports, depending on the event and venue.

In accordance with NCAA guidelines, birthday party participants must be in eighth grade or younger.

Families can choose from a wide range of home dates throughout each sport’s season, allowing birthday celebrations to align with both fall and spring competition schedules.

UK Athletics designed the initiative to strengthen its connection with young fans and families by blending birthday celebrations with the excitement of collegiate athletics.
