On Wednesday, May 21, Mileta will host an exclusive evening with celebrated Memphis-based chef and hospitality entrepreneur Cole Jeanes, founder of Jeanes Hospitality Group. Known for his innovative take on Southern cuisine, Chef Cole will bring his bold, seasonal flavors to Lexington for a one-night-only culinary experience.

Teaming up with Mileta’s Executive Chef Alex Green, the duo will present a thoughtfully crafted menu that celebrates their shared passion for modern Southern fare. Expect bold flavors, seasonal ingredients, and a fresh perspective on regional traditions.

100% of the evening’s food sales will benefit two local charities selected by Chef Cole and the Mileta team.
